2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

3. Counter-Notification Process
If your material has been removed or access to it has been disabled as a result of a copyright infringement claim, you may submit a counter-notification if you believe the removal was made in error or misidentifies the material. Your counter-notification must include the following:
Your full name and contact information.
Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the United States) and agreeing to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement claim.

4. Repeat Infringers
Midly Labs Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to our platform for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
